Champs Shoes, a well-known footwear brand that had been operating in the B2B market for quite some time. Our challenge was to help them transition from B2B to D2C and establish a strong online presence in the fiercely competitive footwear industry.
To achieve this goal, we embarked on a stepped agile process that involved several stages. The first stage was to give the Champs Shoes website a complete makeover, making it more user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines. We made sure that the website had all the necessary features to attract and retain customers, including a clean and intuitive interface, easy navigation, and high-quality product images.
The next stage was to create an e-commerce store that would allow customers to purchase Champs Shoes products online. We worked closely with the team of Champs Shoes to create a seamless shopping experience that would make it easy for customers to find what they were looking for and make a purchase.
Once the e-commerce store was up and running, we shifted our focus to building GTM (Go-To-Market) campaigns that would help Champs Shoes reach its target audience and generate buzz around the brand.
We created a comprehensive marketing strategy that included social media marketing, influencer outreach, email marketing, and other tactics designed to drive traffic to the website and increase sales.
We co-created engaging content and campaigns that would resonate with Champs Shoes' target audience and increase brand awareness.
Finally, we developed a launch strategy that would create a buzz around the brand and generate excitement among customers.
Throughout the entire process, we also worked closely with micro-influencers who helped to properly position the brand in the market. We identified micro-influencers who had a strong following among Champs Shoes' target audience and worked with them to create engaging content that would showcase the brand's unique features and benefits.
